My approach:

I work as a Life and Leadership Coach and facilitator training and coaching with horses. Since 2016 I have been a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

In the role of a professional coach for managers and entrepreneurs, I enable to find starting-points and solutions in complex life and professional decisions, through changing perspective and involving all intelligence resources, including the emotional and less conscious intuitive ones.

In addition to standard coaching techniques, I also use tools that connect conscious and less conscious parts of the mind and body experience (Mind Body Method ©) as well as experience coaching with horses.

Mind Body Method © and coaching with horses I studied during the one-year training at The Academy of Coaching with Horses in Colorado. The combination of these procedures is very effective and exceptional in terms of the results achieved as well as their long-term impact on the day-to-day decisions, peace, and self-confidence of clients.

I gained my professional experience in a corporate environment of financial institutions, where I led teams of people even during challenging strategic projects. That makes it easy for me today to focus on the needs and goals of my clients and not to waste their time.

I have two young children and an exceptional husband 🙂
