I have been a trainer and consultant since 1994, becoming a professional coach in 1997. Since then, I use the coaching approach also in training and workshops. My current coaching practice contains more than 1.860 hours.
I have been a member of the International Coach Federation since 2007, certified in 2011 as PCC – Professional Certificated Coach, and working as a Mentor for coaches as well.
In 2014 – 2015 I was a President of the ICF Czech Republic Charter Chapter (ICF ČR), which inter alia enabled me to meet in person with top coaches and representatives of ICF, establish many personal friendships in an international context and share experiences from around the world. As a Past President, I was a member of the Commission on Ethics of coaching ICF Czech Republic.
I am a professional coach certified by Erickson College International, a graduate of the accredited training – The Art and Science of Coaching, Family Coaching, and Deep Coaching led by Mrs Marilyn Atkinson. I also graduated from the following accredited pieces of training: Sir John Whitmore – Emotional Intelligence in Leadership and Coaching and John Whittington – Fundamentals of Coaching and Systemic Constellations.
Last but not least, I am a happy mom of three skilled children.

As a graduate of the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University and Charles University, she originally started as a teacher of foreign languages and translator.
She has more than 20 years of experience as a professional Trainer, Consultant, and Coach in the areas of communication and managerial skills, personal development, and career counselling. Her services are used by international corporations as well as Czech and Slovak companies.
She has practical skills in management and leading projects that she gained within the coordination and managing of the team of internal and external trainers and consultants of the international training company Van Dalsum & Schouten Czech branch, founded in 1996.
Since 2018, she has also been a Mentor in the British Chamber of Commerce’s Equilibrium program.
She has also worked as a member of the Advisory Cabinets of APM ČR (Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Managers) and BPW ČR. (Business and Professional Women)
